Ivan worked with our designer, applied his considerable knowledge and experience in addressing optimal ways to make the design work.Ivan showed up on time, always cleaned up at the end of the day, created a workable kitchen in the midst of the renovation, and worked with a friendly and skilled team.
There was a particular tricky bit in the bathroom and one of the other contractors I interviewed had planned for a less than ideal solution. Ivan created a beautiful seamless transition which was exactly what we were hoping for. His tile work is beautiful.
Lastly, he and his team were completely trustworthy. I was comfortable leaving them to do the work in the house and not be there. Thank you Ivan and team for bringing the kitchen and bathroom into the 21st century and will last for years to come!
Ivan and his team were exceptional, we couldn't be happier. They were always so courteous and worked so hard to get the job finished, cleaned up so well after themselves. They even had time to answer my children's endless questions and to pet the dog! The quality couldn't be faulted - the flooring and cornering are as sharp and square as they could be. Ours is an old house and needed significant work to straighten the walls and floors and it looks perfect. Highly recommended. Will definitely use them again.

Another handyman completely screwed up my bathroom renovations. The tiles were uneven, the shower door was installed improperly, basically it was a disaster.
